ARE THE CHEMICALS PET-FRIENDLY?

Typically, after the chemicals have been thoroughly rinsed, the area is safe for pets. However, I consistently recommend waiting until the surface is completely dry.

IS PRESSURE WASHING ROOFS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE ROOF TILES?

I advise an initial roof cleaning to eliminate significant accumulations of moss and deeply embedded lichen, as well as all organic colonisation. This approach optimises the efficacy of the chemicals in eradicating the root spores of organic growth. Subsequently, I recommend enrolling in my maintenance plan to prevent the recurrence of organic growth.

DO YOU PROTECT THE PROPERTY DURING ROOF CLEANING?

Yes, we cover the entire ground area with tarpaulins.

WHAT ABOUT THE DEBRIS FROM THE ROOFS?

Upon completion, the property is thoroughly rinsed, and all moss and debris are removed from the site.

ARE MY GUTTERS CLEANED INTERNALLY WITH A PVC CLEAN?

Yes.

DO YOU REPOINT PATIOS AND SLABS?

Regrettably, I do not offer repointing services for patios or slabs. This is due to the inability to ascertain the original laying methods, which could compromise the integrity of new pointing.
